Infinite Campus is the school information system that Otsego Public Schools uses for all students.  Parents can sign in and look up their child's attendance, grades and assignments.

Each of our grade levels enjoy a field trip at the end of the year. Our 6th graders typically travel to the Air Zoo, 7th graders visit the Outdoor Discovery Center and Saugatuck Dunes, and our 8th graders take charter buses for a day in Chicago!

This year's trip date and details are not yet finalized. Check back later for information when it is posted, typically in March. 

In order to be eligible to go on the trip, students must:

1. Have less than 7 absences during the 3rd trimester.

2. Have less than 2 office referrals during the 3rd trimester. A student may be ineligible for the trip if they are suspended out of school for any reason or are assigned to in-house suspension during the 3rd trimester.

3. Passing all 6 classes.

4. Complete registration by deadline.

If a parent would like to chaperone, a criminal background check must be on file.

5th grade students will receive more information when they visit OMS at the end of May.

Parents/Guardians are required to sign the parent agreement and pay for (or decline) the insurance each year. For the 2024-25 School Year, this is all done online through the Parent Portal on Infinite Campus. Here is the letter sent to families on 7/29/24

We are working on a course description guide to better inform you of your child's classes. 

At OMS, each student takes six classes per day. They have their four core classes - Math, English Language Arts (ELA), Science and Social Studies - and two encore classes (electives.)

OMS offers the following Encore options: 

• Band (all year)
• Choir (all year)
• PE (Physical Education)
• Spanish (7th & 8th only)
• Art
• STEM Science
• STEM Robotics
